Business Development Assistant:
Location: Los Angeles, CA., San Diego, CA., or Austin, TX.
Days/Hours: Availability Driven

HiveDrive is seeking a Business Development Assistant with at least two years experience to help expand our company's reach. Candidates will be working with our Business Development Manager and will be responsible for building strategic alliances and generating new business opportunities. Candidates will also help track promotional campaigns and explore new marketing opportunities.


· Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving.
· Organization, attention to detail, ability to follow through and finish projects.
· Multitasking - ability to manage and stay on top of details for several Projects and components simultaneously.
· Candidate must have two years of recent Business Development experience.
· The candidate must be able to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
· Good understanding of internet technology and online advertising.
· Able to think creatively and "outside the box".

Tech Support / Call Center Representative:
Location: Anywhere in U.S.
Days/Hours: As Needed

We are seeking to hire several Technical Support/Call Center Representatives who are self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for these positions. Candidate will handle inbound calls, provide e-mail, and chat support.


· Prior call center experience, basic HTML knowledge, basic understanding of the Internet, understanding of common Internet applications, and ability to multitask are a must!
· Superior communication and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent telephone and customer relationship skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Candidates must be able to troubleshoot common problems related to web hosting.
· Candidates must have good knowledge of FTP, POP3, DNS, and HTML.
· Web design experience and knowledge of development tools such as Dreamweaver is not required but is a plus.

Web Properties Manager:
Location: Anywhere in U.S.
Days/Hours: As Needed

We are seeking a qualified/experienced, well-rounded Web Properties Manager to help create/manage web properties. The position will require the installation/management of 3rd party software.


· Experience using PHP, Perl, CGI, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript and MySQL.
· Experience with writing code from scratch and editing existing code.
· Excellent system architecture and application database design skills.
· Must be able to implement online shopping cart software and web content management systems.
· Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
· Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving.
· Creative eye for design; ability to work under pressure.
· History of managing websites required during interview.
